Grandma Santaniello’s Chicken Soup

It’s a two day process. You start with a whole chicken and a LOT of vegetables. You finish with the best chicken soup you’ll ever taste. My sweet Grandma from Naples, Italy may have been the most genius cook ever; this soup is proof.

    WHAT!!!…..No recipe attached to share with the world? If you spent your vacation making Grandma Santaniello’s chicken soup then I know your vacation has been as warm and yummy as you anticipated. I love you.
